Linked to our assessment experience we were asked to run a workshop for women working for local SME's on 'Unlocking their Potential'. The overall programme, run by the University of Luton and funded by the European Social Fund, is an initiative to encourage women to progress further up the career ladder. We were asked to design and run a workshop to help the group conduct themselves at interview and to build and develop their self belief. This was an exciting project for us, and the group, and is part of an ongoing development programme for the University of Luton.
