The way many people learn is by seeing how something is done. To perform well at interviews, presentations or group exercises it is helpful to see someone do it so that we can all learn from the feedback. This is particularly important for graduates who are likely to have limited experience of any of these selection tools.

With this in mind, Resourcing Matters has been working with a film unit to produce some video clips for their graduate website www.1-step.co.uk. Working with a group of 6 graduates, Lindsay and Janet conducted interviews and ran a group exercise. The video clips are being edited currently and will be available on our website towards the end of May.
