Development Centre Design

We have designed development centres for clients who wish to assess their existing workforce for promotion and development needs or in order to restructure. We work closely with the client to ensure that the process is handled sensitively and professionally. We always provide feedback to participants to ensure they get the benefit from participation. In most cases, we undertake coaching sessions which support the individual to put together clear development plans.
