Successful interviews result in the right candidate being hired for the job and others feeling that they have had a positive experience. To do this, you need to prepare well for each interview and use skills to create an environment that encourages the candidate to do their best and gives you an opportunity to sell your organisation. We have designed these cards to help you to do just that.
