Lindsay, one of the founder Directors, is a strategic HR professional who has held management and Director positions in HR. She has twelve years experience working in the financial services industry, during which time she has supported the business in an HR Business Partner role as well as being responsible for graduate and MBA recruitment and development. She has an international focus having worked in the UK and internationally - Tokyo and New York.

Lindsay is a specialist in the field of personal development, performance coaching and assessment. Her core skills include: design and delivery of training and assessment programmes.

Clear sighted and resolute on achieving quality outcomes for clients, Lindsay is also commercially focused and has grown the business of Resourcing Matters so that it has the expertise to handle the most complex of project

Janet Cowell

Janet & Lindsay

Janet is one of the founder Directors of Resourcing Matters. She is a pragmatic HR professional who has held senior HR management positions in the newspaper industry, financial services and pharmaceuticals.

Janet is a specialist in the field of competency assessment with particular expertise in recruitment. Her core skills include: designing and running competency based assessment programmes for recruitment and training managers in competency based interviewing skills. Also, she has worked to achieve significant cost savings on behalf of organisations through effective negotiation with recruitment agencies to achieve Preferred Supplier status.

In building the business of Resourcing Matters, Janet's business focused approach has enabled the company to build contacts across a wide range of sectors. Janet is task focused and is always enthusiastic to meet the demands of new markets.
