Assessment Centre Design
An assessment centre designed by Resourcing Matters will focus on creating activities which reflect the tasks and responsibilities involved in the role you are recruiting to fill. This will also take into account the organisation's culture and values. In this way, you can take a view of the candidate's suitability and they will get an idea of what it is like to work with you. The selection tools that we design could include an interview, role-play, group exercise, presentation, in-tray or written exercise.
